  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    Click the "My Cart" link at the top right hand side of our site to view items currently in the cart. Update the quantity under each item then click "Update". Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

  • How do I track my order?

    Use the tracking URL provided in the shipping confirmation email to track your purchase.

  • My order never arrived.

    If a long time has passed or the tracking information shows your item(s) have been delivered but they haven't please contact help@lupashoes.com.

  • An item is missing from my shipment.

    If an item is missing from your order please contact customer service immediately at help@lupashoes.com.
